1. Work from Anywhere by Connecting Your Cloud Applications
Does your office use Dropbox, Google Drive, or Office 365? Guess what! Your Xerox ConnectKey device can integrate directly with those services allowing you to access your cloud accounts directly from the touchscreen panel. You’ll be able to navigate your online storage with simple and intuitive touchscreen controls. This allows you to print files seamlessly from those repositories and scan documents right back into them.

2. Print from Your iPhone, Android, or Any Mobile Device
Organizations everywhere are adopting a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy for their offices and with Xerox ConnectKey you can now help your team integrate their devices into everyday printing workflows. Right out of the box, Xerox ConnectKey devices feature Apple® AirPrint™ and Mopria compatibility, allowing both Apple/iOS and Android users (respectively) the ability to send prints from their mobile devices. Easy to configure and simple to use, this feature is perfect for any modern office looking to expand the functionality of both their printing fleet and mobile devices.
Are you on a larger network? AirPrint and Mopria printing are ideal for smaller offices and networks, but if you’re planning on bringing mobile device printing to an enterprise-sized network you will want to consider combining your Xerox ConnectKey hardware with a cloud or self-hosted mobile printing solution. This adds an extra layer of security and accessibility by enabling access control through Active Directory (among other methods) and allowing users to attach documents to a designated email for automatic printing. With Xerox ConnectKey copiers you can easily create text-searchable PDF files with no additional hardware or software. With a powerful OCR (Optical Character Recognition) system, you’ll be able to easily archive documents for lightning-fast retrieval within a document management system. 5. Create Digital Signage
One of the most exciting things about the Xerox ConnectKey line of copiers and printers is the scalability that comes with being able to create and download apps. Strikingly similar to Apple’s App Store and Google Play, Xerox debuted its Xerox App Gallery to coincide with their recent ConnectKey product launch.
One of the more popular apps you can find on the marketplace is a free offering from Vision-e called BillboardApp. The BillboardApp allows you to create customized digital signage directly on the screen of your Xerox ConnectKey enabled copiers and printers.
