Andrea Capuano joined the ComDoc team in 1993 as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. A graduate of Kent State University, Andrea received her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Malone University. In 1995, Andrea Capuano became ComDoc’s Benefits Specialist and in 1999 she was promoted to our Human Resources Manager. After earning her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2001, Ms. Capuano was named ComDoc’s Director of Human Resources in 2003. Currently, Andrea serves as our Vice President of Organizational Development.
Andrea is a recipient of ComDoc’s prestigious Eleanor Griffith Founder’s Award which recognizes a ComDoc employee who closely models the customer support values of our organization.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Andrea currently resides in Canton, Ohio. Ms. Capuano is also active in her community as she works as a facilitator for Heart to Heart Communications. Andrea is also actively involved with the Women’s Impact Group and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Autograph Committee. Ms. Capuano is also the co-creator of Green High School’s “Developing Leaders of Tomorrow” program.
